Ok guys....here is the trouble I'm having. Half of the video we shot at Reynolds was with Pat's camera. Pat's camera creates videos in the Quicktime (.mov) format. My video editor doesn't work with that file type. Soooooooo, I've been combing the web looking for .mov to .mpeg file converter programs. There are a bunch to choose from......but at the same time, I don't want to pay $30 for the program that I'll only use once just for this race's video. Pat's camera that he was using is actually a digital photo camera that also takes short video. It worked ok for interviews, but the racing footage could be better so we prob. won't use it again. Back to the point, I've downloaded just about every freeware/shareware program on the net. I've only found one really good program where the finished product looks and sounds as good as the original .mov quicktime video. It only allows 10 free uses and I've used them up and I'll need at least 10 more.

So it might take me a while longer to get this one done than I originally had hoped for. I'll get it done however.....I have too much fun making these things.
