I heard that the gates don't open until 1 is that correct? If it is correct what time is do we get started? The only thing I see where this could be a problem is if it runs deep into the night it's going to get real cold real quick.

Yes that is correct. !st round of qualifying is at 4pm. I have been keeping an eye on the weather. The last thing i want to do is run you guys unsafely. I will be making a decision later today whether to pospone the race until April 29th.

Can you please let anyone you know, know about this thread? I would like to hear opinions. As of right now i am not sure what to do, so anyone reading stay tuned. Im on the phone with Mr Weinle & he said the rain has passed & its starting to clear up. Even have a bit of sun peeking through. If you would like me to call once a decision has been made, leave your numbers.

Everyone I talked with so far is OK with the weather but we might have to try and get it done by 9 or 10. I'm ready to race so lets go.

Good deal. As long as everyone is ready to go when called & there arent any major issues, we should be able to be done by then. I will also talk to the track & see what i can do about run times, but not promising anything. Im leaving in a bit for the track, they are still going with the T&T tonite so i wont have internet access. P.S. the track was fully scraped & prepped yesterday from the burnout box on so we should be in good shape!
