want is the best coil rate for coil overs in front, I have 14-165 but thay are way to stiff. please help

It would really depend on several factors in the front of the car, such as the weight. aluminum heads?,tubular k-member?, tubular a arms?, all of these items will change how the front end of the reacts to different rates. If it is heavy like a factory stock car it would need more of rate than a pure street car. I know this is not quite an answer but it is.

Well the car is 2800 lb with tubular k-member arms and coilsprings. just want to know want coil spring people have used and want works the best for dragracing. Thanks chris

You might want to post this in Pure and Real Street. We are not allowed any tubular stuff.....

Try a 14inch 130LBS spring...That should get you in the ballpark.
