What are the rules for Mild Street ? I am interested in racing.

I was going to run in the OSCA, but over there I have to weigh in at 3350. If I set my car up fr 3350, I would only be competative there.

Thanks Tim.

My car is a blow through MAF, YSi Renegade car. Not sure I am going to run your series.

There are 3 series around that area, and in the OSCA I have to weigh in at 3350lbs. The other 2 series I have to be 3200. It makes it hard to scale a car and run the car consistantly. NOS cars have a good advantage here, no matter where they go, its basicly 3200lbs. Not complaining, just thinking....

Hiya,

Which class were you thinking of running? Im not sure what you were saying, if your planning on running OSM 8.5 our weight is 3200 for your combo (same as the Valley) So, if you planned on running the OSCA series, they would be the ones you had to add weight on for.

Just re-reading what you wrote.... basically OSM & The Valley are an outlaw class, where as the OSCA has more restrictions on their combos for Mild Street. If you compare both sets of rules, you can see the differences. While your car might fit in both classes, your correct that you would have to add more weight to run OSCAs Mild Street whereas in 8.5 you have more freedom to run what you choose at 3200.
