Twin Turbos in Mild Street?

We are considering allowing twins in the Mild Street class. If we do they will most likely have a weight penalty. Vote & let us know what you think. If you have any pros/cons please post them.

Better just stick with the Outlaw title. There is nothing Mild about this class.

I'm kind of on the fence with this. Our shop is building a single turbo car for the OSCA rules and I don't think we'll add a second any time soon. But, if you want to try it I guess we'll see. I wouldn't expect but one or two too show up anyhow.

I'm all for getting the car count up but, this may be short lived if the field is out classed by a few cars. Ohio valley was concerned with their car count last year because of this. We finished tenth in the points in OSCA's Mild Street last year and weren't very competitive. But we showed up any way. I don't know if the majority is the gluttin for punnishment that we are. One way or the other we will make the first three races before we hit conflicting dates.

Thank you....yes we are goin to switch the name to Outlaw 8.5, your right there is nothing Mild about this class. I'll save my comments about the twins issues till i see a few more posts :)

Just heard from Charlie at the Valley that they do allow twins in Outlaw 8.5 so....with that being said, we will be allowing them as well. I dont expect more than 1 or 2 to show either, but at least it gives them a place to race also. Im still waiting to hear on if there will be a weight penalty or not & i will post that info once we discuss it. Sorry for the confusion everyone.
