1980 Ford Fairmont Futura
car is a fox chassis, mustang parts interchange easily

39k actual original miles (approaching 40k) Yes, original mileage.
200 I6, runs good! New carb installed.
Have Title / paperwork from previous sellers and Factory Repair manuals for electrical / mech systems
Hard to find 4 speed manual transmission, 4th is OD
Butterscotch color interior, bench seat, needs minor cleaning nothing big.
Black paint, needs buffing but does shine after waxing (guy I purchased it from tried to buff it and burned off some of the pinstriping.
No leaks, AC does blow alittle cold but needs recharged.
New starter, Battery, Batt Cables, Dist Cap, Alternator, Fuel filter, Gas Tank, High Beam lights & Wiper blades.
All parts removed I still have, including stock steel rims / caps, bumper guards/ tag plate, emblems & beltline trim. Original 14" tires are worn pretty good (dry rot)
Minor dent in the passanger rear quarter panel, was like that when I bought the car. No big deal to fix, car is straight other than that. Some surface rust on bottom of doors, very slight.
Needs window dew strip on driver / passanger windows, stripping: Available through JCWhitney as rear window strip for full size bronco.
Car weighs 3050 lbs with my 200lb's in it and a 3/4 tank of gas.

I've put over 3k on this car since I bought it, it get's 24mpg on average and rides really nice for being an older stock car. I would contribute a large part of the quality to the mustang pony's / tire combo as they were balanced really well. I drive 67 miles one way to work, runs good through rush hour traffic. I had intentions of putting a 306/v8 5spd in it, but would rather just jump into a mustang and be done with it. (no time).

1350.00 on stock wheels
1450.00 on 10 hole or turbin combo (what I can find)
1650.00 on mustang pony's 75-80% treadlife remaining on Goodyears, wheels in fair shape. No curb rash.

prices are negotiable, but my figures are close to value considering parts added and condition compared to others elsewhere.
