I just want to express the appreciation to all of those that have kept my mother & family in their prayers. I spent the entire week at the hospital. I want to say thank you to Robin for helping me out by speaking on my behalf, that really meant alot to me. Thank you to Mike for going when i was by my mothers side. Thank you James for letting people know about her & asking people to keep her in their prayers & thoughts. Thank you Johnny for being there for me.
I just returned home from the hospital & she is awake. She is still dependent on the vent, no longer at 100%. She will have a long road to recover & alot of rehab to go through & then she will need to have another aneurysm repaired to prevent this from happening again. Its no longer minute by minute, or hour by hour, but now day by day.
I cant express the feelings I have over winning Rookie of the Year. I showed my mom my award tonight & she had a tear, as much as this means to me it means the same to her. I have accomplished a goal that Mike & I set with the place we finished. I never dreamed that I would be Rookie of the Year.
