I'll be the first to break the ice. I thought the PRI show and NMRA Awards banquet was a great way to spend this past weekend. I'm not sure how much beer I consumed in the two days I was there but, I know it was past my normal quantity. It was fun seeing everyone. I'm sure FL will be here before we know it.

He is up here often enough for work. I think we should take him out for some real pizza. Not pitzzza. That stuff he eats probably has goat cheese and mountain oysters on it. Yuck.

I had a blast this last weekend I finally went to a PRI show to see great products and hang out with everyone after the banquet.
I actually never realized how dedicated and thankfull all the racers are just to be out there to race and have a good time. The NMRA has alot to deal with before, during, and after race season so hats off to them too.
I hope to be out next year for maor than just a couple races to tear up the 1320 as well, (DAM I want one of those Top 10 jackets so bad!!) OK enough babbling.OH yeah .................................................. ..
I just wanna know if you scraped the rubber off those front fenders before you brought that rental car back Mr.Cook?

dale's always talking about that pipes & pizza joint in J-town. I've never been there. OOOOORRRRR we could bust out and take him up to the original Geno's East in chicago for 3ft thick deep-dish. OOOOORRRRR Lou Malnotti's is awsome in naperville.
damn-it......nobody outside of a 50-mile radius of chicago has a clue what the heck real pizza should taste like. Eric probably thinks a good "paaayyy-tzza" has grits and dumplins on it.
We should make it our mission, as his friend, to stage an intervention and help him.

Take it from the official Swill Racing Security staff......No place beats Chicago for real, filling delicious pizza. A couple of really great places are.....
1. Pequod's at 2207 n. Clybourn in Chicago. This is officially 'Afflicted's favorite pizza'. While Peaquod's does have great thin crust pizza, the reason to go there is for their pan pizza with carmalized crust. What is carmalized crust you ask? Darkened cheese around the edge of the pizza, that gives the pizza a totally distinct flavor that tastes like it just came out of the oven. In addition, the garlic bread with cheese is a great appetizer. The price is right as you only need to order a small pan for 2 people (unless you are a super BIG eater). If you want truly awesome pizza with a totally distinct but awesome flavor, Peaquods is for you! The big negative to this place is that it's adorned with too much Cub propaganda. Other than that it rocks. Oh, and it's only 1 mile away from Crobar nightclub where all the ho's be at....Wednesday night is bondage night, Or if you're Crazy Eddie, Sunday's is GLEA night..(Gay, Lesbian, Everyone Accepted).
2. Chicago Pizza and Oven Grinder at 2121 N. Clark (Close to Wrigley field, but not too close). This distinctive old brownstone has high ceilings, pine paneling and majestic wooden booths that lend a cozy cabin feel, and the room buzzes loudly with chatter from couples and groups. A must-try is the pizza potpie, an inventive creation with triple-raised Sicilian dough, mozzarella and tangy tomato sauce, it's baked in a bowl and turned over tableside when served. Grinders are also recommended, including meatball with brick cheese, tomato sauce and grilled green peppers. Take it from me, these sandwiches are as big as your head. They've got this appetizer Mediterranean bread that is like...16 inches of butter and seasoning covered dough about half as thick as a pita, that you just can't get enough of. Want to see Swill Dale turn red and prepare to kill someone? Sneak into his fridge and swipe the leftovers while he's not looking. Whapaaaaa!
Feel free to add your own, or just insult my opinions...

2. Chicago Pizza and Oven Grinder...
I have to agree here. Being from NJ its very hard to find any kinda decent pizza, or Italian food outside the NJ, NY, PA area. But Dale & Nicole took me to Chicago Pizza & Oven Grinder once & damn i have to say they make some killer food! They need to open up a place here in Batesville....hmm maybe im in the wrong business :D
