06 Mod Muscle Rule Changes

Looks like we will be qualified by reaction time this year. And a funky rule about not getting in a qualifier because of weather automatically gives you a 15.89 dial?? Didn't see a whole lot else....anyone?

Like I said, after talking to NitrousEdge he made me realize that the reaction time is a good thing for someone like me. As far as the weather rule goes...THAT SUCKS!!!
