Come on Vern, you,ve got to help get some interest in the thread. I'll kinda let them in on your time, but not exactly.;) Since we'll be pitting together all year I guess we can be considered a two team crew (at least untlil Doug gets finished). We tested last night also with Vern. Both of us had the smallest jets available in our kits and we're both way over the OSM BB and SB NOS weights. Hoping that the OSCA may still be around? Most know our car and what it has ran, so it's no secret. We did make some improvements over the winter as our testing proved. On our first full pass of the day on a very poor (COLD) track with a 49 degree outside temp I sat in the burnout box and watched Vern leave the line. The car looked good and the ET and MPH even more impressive. So, I then did a burn out and made my pass. 5.79@122.5. Now back to Vern's pass If you were to look at our tickets side by side they were almost identical at the 330'. But the 3485lbs. BB pulled away from there on. Needless to say he went quicker and faster than my pass. Everyone will pickup I'm sure. Just curious to see how much. I guess no one else has tested or wants to share there results good or bad.

No need to thank us. Helping each other out is part of the game. Looks like we'll need to be getting into our goodie box from last year for one of the old tune-ups to help our SB keep up with all you BB guys this year. I got a feeling my 125.9 MPH OSCA record on 8.5's will definately fall this year!

I doubt your record falls, I dont think there is gonna be a OSCA. Its too close to May and there is not even any rules yet.

Old Man? I resemble that comment. Just remember to respect your senior citizens. That includes a slow light, bad traction, etc.:)
