View Full Version : Modular Depot welcomes Jay Dold to TEAM MD!
Just wanted to give Jay Dold an official welcome and introduce him to you guys. We built a badass 05 Saleen for him and it wasn't enough. He decided he wanted to race. He also wanted to give it a shot with the 4v. So of course I thought of the championship 4V for sale and recommended that he buy the car that it's in. So it looks like he will be campaigning Jeff Schmell's Mach I this year!
Congrats to Jay! Don't think he's joined stang crazy yet but he should be signed on soon.

We probably aren't going to do much right away. We are pretty busy with Victor, Steve's and other cars we have in the shop. Plus Jay is a newbie with no Drag experience. So it's going to take some time for him to get up to speed. But don't get too excited, Steve was a newbie when he hooked up with us also ;)
If those panels are in good shape, we'll take them.

Well, he types much better than Steve. lol
Car is here at MD. Big thanks goes out to Jeff for bringing the car down. Already had it on the dyno and it performed as advertised, which I didn't doubt it would. Thanks Jeff.

Ditto that for me. I greatly appreciate Jeff making the 8 hour round trip down to MD to drop off the car. As it has been said, I'm a newbie and I have yet bought an enclosed trailer. Jeff knew this and was kind enough to bring the car down for me. And yes, the car is great and I can't wait to get it out on the track. Thanks Jeff!
