Same as the Preliminary Final Rules from PRI. Except the towing to the lanes. Which I don't think is neccessary. Maybe FL,IL,BG. I would have been OK with just Hot Street and Renegade to tow.

I think it is great to allow towing to the lanes for all the heads up classes. Give the guy who does not have the 100 team members of JPC to push his car to the lanes the same advantage of a nice cold engine;) Plus C-10 is to expensive to waste driving around LOL:D
