K-Member Alignment Questions

Hey Everyone,
I changed my Coupe over from AOD to 5-Speed and was wondering if the k-member should be aligned for the 5-speed. We did a buddy's car and after installing a new clutch it had pulled the holes some for the trans mount. I don't know if the K-Member is aligned differnt between AOD and 5-speed.

The K member, or the transmission crossmember?

The engine K-member. I believe that it would affect the alignment of both if the settings is different.

Is this an aftermarket k? Or the stock one?

Usually the aftermarket K member has one hole that's round under the framerail to locate it.

This is on a stock k-member. I know there is some adjustment. I haven't compared my Conv factory 5-speed to my Coupe or the other guys Conv that were AOD's.

to answer your question there is 2 locating holes and 6 floating holes you put all bolts in the K member loosely then tighten them down evenly it will line up its self .. and no there the same aod and stick
