Pro 5.0 gone?

Looks like they may have pulled the trigger on Pro 5.0 from looking at the rules release. What does everyone think?

They needed a bigger payout to draw those cars to the track

SSO is tehe new flagship of NMRA it has been for the past few years. IMO

personally i like the small tire stuff much better

Well, if you noticed, whenever the Pro 5.0 guys came up to the waterbox everybody would leave....seriously...Finally they got rid of it, if I wanted to see full tubed cars with strected, chopped, all fiberglass bodies, I would watch IHRA!!!

I liked the class bc i like drag racing in general. But they should make 10.5 outlaw a regular class in the nmra if they are getting rid of pro 50

We did make 10.5W a full class for '08 and beyond.
