What do you guys think? Would you rather have an actual class name, instead of 6.50? And if so, what should it be? Let's hear some suggestions :)

I like just 6.50, oh and if the schedule and time is there I will be at all I can make for next year;)

As long as decals on the body is fine;)

(Sponsor Name)'s 6.50 Index. Needs no explanation. No box, No throttle stop, mufflers, Pro .400, and I'll be there!

Watch the NMCA schedule also! I run Open Comp when they are in the area. I know you can't miss them all, but I can hope.;)

If you run this class next year count me in. Me and all my friends will be running UMTR next year and OSM 7.50 or 6.50 index.

I do think a new name would be good maybe a more street car racing name instead of a bracket name. We'll have to see what we can come up with!

Count me in for 6.50 for next year Kelly at the last UMTR race I turned the bottle on with a small hit and ran 6.70s w/ a stock 5-speed tranny. So with a little more juice and a better trans for next year 6.50 should not be a problem.

No. But I might do some testing at edgewater before the year is out. I am still running the 26x8.5 tires and I ran out of gear so I might borrow some 28x10s and see what it does. However I did manage a 1.43 60 ft. on the little tires but I need something taller.
