on the true street rules regarding power adders. if a turbo is limited to 88mm(im sure its tip-to-tip on the compressor), do they still have to follow the 4" inlet and the 3" outlet rule also?

well im not sure what im getting yet. i had one manufacturer ask me if the rule was 88mm tip-to-tip, or if we can run an 88mm sleeve. i guess some of the outlaw stuff down south allows you to run a sleeve to reduce the inlet to whatever the class is allowed. what would your take be on that?
