OSM Finals - Oct 7th @ E20 Info

Just a reminder for those of you that qualified for the Sept 2nd race, please remember to bring with you your tech cards and tickets so you will be rain-checked for that race. You will have to pay an entry fee for the Oct 7th race though since they are 2 seperate races. If anyone has any questions please call my cell 513-260-8262.

Also, if anyone is interested in sponsoring our final race it would be much appreciated! As of right now i am not able to afford jackets for the winners & runner up's as previously planned unless i can get some outside help. I am very sorry about that :( Let's focus on having a good race in October...hope to see you all there!

I'll try and give a synopsis. Last weekend we were headed to BG. About 35 miles south of louisville we broke a leaf spring on the motorhome. We had to unload the car and drive it to louisville to get the spring fixed. We get it done and drive back and get it put on. We had to add street gas just to make it. Then we get there and our friend bought us our tickets and he brought them to us and they already pulled the stub for that day. we had to haggle with them for about an hour then they finally let us in. Then it rained all Saturday and we get one qualifying pass and when we tested the gas, it was bad since we had to much street gas left in the tank. That put us at the bottom of the ladder. Then in elmins the nos bottle had too much pressure and we flooded the car and had to be towed off the track. Definately a low point. To top it all off, it was my birthday. Then on the way to the track this saturday, we blew the radiator hose on the motorhome. Took 4 hours to get to e2o. I'm glad we make it though!! Always have a good time. These are just some of the prices to pay to the racing gods i guess!!
