Ok guys i got an idea and i think this could be something that would interest not only the racers but spectators as well. What do you think about taking the top qualifiers from 8.5, TS and PO each race...run 8.5 against TS and the winner would run PO in grudge style racing on a staggered tree? I think it would be pretty sweet to see who would win! As of right now we dont have anything to give to the winner (King of Outlaws, or K/O) other than bragging rights but im sure someone somewhere would be interested in putting SOMETHING towards it. I will make some calls but i would like to see who would like to do this. The runs would be after qualifying and before eliminations. So fire away!

Thanks!
Kelly

I wouldn't want to run in a "just for fun race" before eliminations. Maybe the winner of each class races each other at the end of the night. Maybe that way you aren't takeing any unnecessary chances with your car. Just my thoughts, but either way, I am in.

Good point, we can always do it after eliminations. Thanks for the input :) If you can, let people know this thread is here so i can get some more feedback.

i'll take whatever you'll give me, ha ha
the problem being, after the finals its too late at night, and if i won, i would be ready to pack up and get home.
my idea is take the number 1 qualifyer after round one and pair them up on round 2, just make this a 8.5 versus t.s heads up no handicap.
whatever you do, i'll be game,
see you all soon

Hehe. I am going to think on it a bit more. I may wait till next year or maybe the final race to implement it so it gives me some time to find a sponsor to put up some goodies.
