ps.. and fore the record i only wanted to look at the upper intake... and it was because of all the damm rumors.. i did it more to shut people up than anything else...it should not have turned into this..sorry if it affended you but i didnt think looking at the upper would piss you off..especialy since the one people were talking about wasnt even on the car in ga......you would of had the last laugh.....see ya at the grove..... i for real i will drive you back to the airport it is only like 3 miles from the way i go home..

No doubt about that Zoop. It's funny you say that cuz the whole time people have been worried about our stuff, I've been thinking to myself about 2 things:

1) that we should all really be worried about a certain modular racer named Jay.

2) Mitchell, Swill, Zoop, Cook, Seegar, Bart, we're all pretty much within a tenth of eachother and we're all pretty consistent. It's not like Swill is a world-beater, we're just very consistent and can step-up if we have to. BUT, when we do step it up, we always hurt something....

Bryan, I'm not mad anymore. We know that you're going to do what you need to do in order to win. I'm fine with that. That's how it should be. But I figured that because we've all been racing together for so long, and also because I went to bat for you in columbus last year, that if you had a problem w/us that you would have come to us first. In columbus last year, I gave you the benefit of the doubt. Then if you talked to us and looked at our stuff and still had your doubts, protest away......not saying you're wrong in what you were going to do - you were gonna follow the NMRA procedure and that's fine for most people.....I'm just saying I would have done it differently. Now we get into a big controversy and everyone thinks we're cheating which takes away from what we accomplished last year. To sum it up, I got a little butt-hurt by the situation, but I'm over it.

scott maybe you are right.. i could have handled it a little differntly.....i am sorry for that. but just remember i was not the one of the ones running around saying " cheat " i never said that once. i had to hear 8 or 9 people a race , fl , ga and in between say that.. all i did try to put a stop to it one way or the other..i did not start or spread any rumor so please dont blame me for the stigma in the pits. thats not my fault. i have seen the intake in ? i have always thought it might be suspect becuase it was powder coated and not ceramic but i didnt ask.. i should have.. and will in the future. i do what it takes to win to a point... there is little stuff on people's cars that are not right and would get them trown out a race but i dont bring it up..if i was doing what ever it took i would do that....and last there is a lot of money on the line... somebody earning the 10k and me not so be it... somebody stealing 10k from me by cheating that is differnt story...there are people who would kill each other over that much money.. see ya at the grove....
