Hi there guys, I put a solid cam in my R302 block, but it has so much oil on the top, that is getting in the way of the vacuum pump and it is sucking to much. I need to restric the oil to the top, even with .040" restrictor push rods it has a ton of oil on the valve train. Engine is assemble, and on the car. Is there a way to restric the R302 block without taking the engine out, like from the back. I rather pull the tranny than the engine. Thanks for any info:
