not too hard to afford when I have no other car payments. The second newest vehicle I own (97 Exploder) is for sale. Wanna buy it?;) Anyway, the H3 is mostly for the wife. My car is an 89 LX 5 liter.

Vortech doesn't make a kit for the H3 and has no plans to do so......I already checked!

Scott, you should have added the chrome package!!! Did you get the adventure packege? The big question is did you have fun test driving the H3? Hopefully your dealer had a test track. Did the wife make a deal with you? "You can race this year, but if you win I get a new H3." :D

I'll take a pass since the tires like to blow out on the Exploder line...you know me, all of my vehicle are super super safe...

Ya know, we didn't really like the chrome package. Too much bling. We liked the black. It's the Luxary package but I added the off-road suspension package to it. It's got all toys except a trailor hitch and the GPS guidance system. The Monsoon stereo is simply awsome and heated seats keep my tushy nice and warm on a brisk morning like today. This is mostly the wife's car which is cool with me cuz I get to do whatever I want to my 89. I think a nice mid-10 sec street car that looks as stock as the day it rolled out of the assembly plant sounds good to me.

Procharger makes a kit huh? Maybe if I rebadged it with a Vortech label...

Ed, does Flowtech have a 5-cyl. head developement program? We might have to talk. This baby does lack on power....

That's one of the main reasons we bought the SRX instead. If the H3 had a V8 or even a decent V6 we might have bought one. That straight five just bothered me...

Tell Ricky to get something for those trucks ASAP...

Congrats Scott on the purchase, although, I tend to lean tword the Trailblazer SS with a 6.0 395hp V-8. It runs in the 13's and with a blower on it would rock. But either way, when we goin' off-roading in it to try out the suspension package? Georgia is already past us.....

Colorado pick up

I asked that very question and was told by the salesperson that the chassis is unique to the H3, but the engine is shared with the Colorado.

However, I'd also heard elsewhere that the chassis too was shared with the colorado.
